Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Flat Products Information Technology team. You will be a trusted business partner and expert resource while having a high level of interaction with various stakeholders such as the process engineering team. You will be responsible for stabling and executing a vision for the delivery of systems and technology.
Supporting daily production activities; prioritizing resources to ensure the most critical business needs are being addressed
Meeting with mill management and supervisors to establish a rapport and relationship; creating an intake process to manage requests and manage deliverables/expectations; attending weekly mill meetings to provide information technology status updates

Requirements
Must have a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related. MS Degree a plus
Must have 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems development and support
Ideally have a minimum of 5 years experience working at a manufacturing facility. Prefer experience from steel, oil and gas, or mining
Demonstrate expertise with delivering IT manufacturing solutions within a Lean Manufacturing environment; Green belt certification desirable
