Description

The Town of Biggar invites applications from qualified persons for this maternity leave temporary position commencing August 2, 2022 to August 25, 2023.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to management and other office staff which includes word processing of correspondence, minutes, documents, filing, record keeping, invoicing, processing utility and tax accounts, general office tasks, updating the digital sign and website, plus other assigned duties.

Applicants will have good communication skills, ability to work with department heads, co-workers and the general public.  Ability to learn current office accounting systems and Microsoft Office.  Must be bondable.
