Permanent Dayshift position
Schedule: Mon to Thurs 7:00am to 5:30pm
A Maintenance Lead will:
    Perform maintenance of equipment, machines and facilities
    Perform equipment and tool troubleshooting
    Establish and maintain accurate maintenance records
    Ensure required parts are properly identified and ordered
    Proactively lead the maintenance team
    Lead process improvement activities
    Conduct regular tests of safety equipment
    Provide guidance to contractors
    Review inspection and repair reports and observe progress of work
    Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports
A Maintenance Lead will have:
    Values that align with Crestline culture
    5+ years experience working in a manufacturing or industrial facility
    Experience in implementing and following a preventative maintenance schedule
    High degree of mechanical knowledge and comfort working with a variety of equipment, tools and machinery
    Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements
    Ability to clearly identify and communicate potential safety hazards
A Maintenance Lead will be able to:
    Stand for more than 8 hours in a shift
    Climb a ladder and stairs multiple times per shift
    Kneel, crouch and crawl for extended periods of time
    Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
    Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time
