The IT Network Analyst is responsible to support Advance in achieving its goals and objectives through the use of technology. Provide a first level of IT infrastructure support for users; troubleshoot technical issues within the organization. Work with and maximize the benefit of our third party infrastructure support organization.

Provide support to end users in the use of desktop, shop floor and portable hardware
Contribute to innovation in the use of IT
Maintain and monitor the help desk system and the IT asset management system
Manage VOIP telephone systems, assist in the management of corporate cell phones
Assist in server and network management
Provide training for end users in the use of IT
Administrate the authorization of users
Prepare and re-purpose desktop and laptop hardware for end users
Monitor IT systems throughout the Company
Other projects and tasks

Post-secondary education in Windows desktop and server operating systems
Familiar with computer hardware and basic troubleshooting techniques
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365
A+ or equivalent certification with experience supporting end users in a fast paced, business environment
Preference for candidates with experience in:
o VMware vSphere, VEEAM Enterprise Backup, Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server
o ERP systems, their technical infrastructure and operation
o Understanding of mobile technology platforms with a particular preference for barcoding scanners and printers
Familiar with business environments, preference for experience in a manufacturing organization
A results-driven, business oriented mindset
Good communication, verbal and written, bilingual is preferred
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
The ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
