The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining production machines, equipment and plant facilities through the work order system. This position will also require you to step into a Lead Role and lead team members through various maintenance, install and troubleshooting tasks.

This position will have the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate work for team members within the maintenance schedule
- Develop and maintain plans based on the work order system
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic issues
- Training/maintain training of team members in the process
- Communicating problems with relevant department

Qualifications:

- Previous Industrial Maintenance Experience
- Computer Literate
- Work well with minimal supervision
- Take safety seriously and voice concerns immediately
- Consistently promote high standards through personal example so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them
