This position is a hands-on, physical role primarily working through the manufacturing process of furniture through various machining steps.
Work will take place 32-40 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.
To do well in this position, you should:
- Enjoy making quality products with your hands
- Enjoy making a clean environment
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Work well with minimal supervision
- Want to work evenings and weekend
- Take safety seriously and voice concerns immediately
People with a high aptitude for advanced CNC machinery will earn opportunities to work with our new multi-axis CNCs, moulders, and laser fabricators. Additional roles are available for high performers.
