EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Rural Municipality of Swift Current No. 137 is accepting applications for the part-time position of office assistant for approximately 10 to 12 days per month.  This is a position that will be scheduled on a flexible basis.  

The successful applicant will provide clerical support, process public inquiries and complete municipal tasks as assigned.  Requirements include excellent public relations skills, computer proficiency in Excel and Word software programs and ability to multi-task.  Sound working knowledge of the practices and processes involved in municipal government administration is also considered an asset.  Educational requirements include possession of a Grade 12 Diploma and completion of an office administration course at a community college or equivalent work experience.  Further information may be obtained by contacting the Municipal office at (306)773-7314.
