Job Duties:
-Greet walk-in customers, answer phone calls and emails for customer enquiries.
-Prepare work orders, establish work schedules/shifts for the cleaners. One example will be properly creating the work schedules in advance for our Fall/Spring Clean-up services on properties on contract.
-Create invoices and receipts, properly keep the accounting records.
-Order supplies for office and cleaners, maintain inventory.
-Properly Maintain and organize all business records, both papers and electronic files, including customers contacts, property management records, etc.
-Arrange for additional maintenance services and schedules based on the instructions from cleaning supervisors.
-Negotiate terms and prices with our subcontractors such as garbage collection companies, cleaning supplies companies.
-Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities, both by phone and email. One example will be to promote our Covid Deep Cleaning service.
-Arrange and co-ordinate supervisor meetings, record and prepare minutes if necessary.
-Perform other duties if assigned
Requirements for the role:
-College Diploma or a bachelors degree, majored in business administration is preferred
-Problem solver, Quick leaner, and Patient.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
-Previous work experiences in either an administration or secretary role is an asset.
-Safety Protocol in all situations
