Description

The Document Control will be responsible for the overall Planning, Organization, Management and Control of all Saskarc Fabrication Project related documents. He or she will oversee all facets of filing, transmitting, archiving (digital and physical copies) and retrieval of documents pertaining to the documents relating to Saskarcs Fabrication Projects. This includes and is not limited to Document Control Policies, Procedures, Quality Documents, Engineering Drawings, Document Registers and Document Tracers.
The Document Control will work within Project Management Department communicating within Saskarc with Purchasing, Quality, Shipping/Receiving, Finance, Production and Operations Departments along with Clients, Sub-vendors, Suppliers, and any other personnel involved directly or indirectly with the projects as needed to ensure that all document control procedures are exercised as dictated by the Document Control Standards.
