We are looking for a Senior Director, Personal Lines Segments.  This position is open to a hybrid work arrangement and can be located in SGI regional offices (Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba & Saskatchewan).  You will be responsible for managing the quantitative analysis on business opportunities to ensure the profitability and growth of customer segments and insurance products for SGI CANADA and its regional operations. In this role, you will develop a quantitatively derived, fact and insight-based segmentation framework that identifies, defines and prioritizes profitable customer segments.  You will lead, decisions regarding product pricing, coverage and risk appetite, which impact the Operations group.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity.  We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, or Mathematics & Applied Science.  Candidates should have at least twelve years experience comprised of eight years leadership experience with increasing responsibility and four years' experience in a technical insurance, statistical, actuarial, or finance position.  Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
