We are looking for experienced Floorhands, Motorhands and Derrickhands with Class 1 Drivers Licence to join our operations in West Central Saskatchewan.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous work experience on a drilling rig
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
Must be able to work as part of a team and follow directions
Must hold all regulatory safety certificates as required and in good standing
Class 1 Drivers licence required!!
Working Conditions
Daylight shifts, seven days per week
Shift duration is typically 12-14 hours in length (Day Shift 06:00-20:00)
Rotations can be 21 days of continuous work
Work is performed outdoors under a variety of weather conditions
Work is physically demanding

- Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness (H2S) Certificate
Additional Skills
- Train and supervise floorhands, assistants and helpers
Oil and Gas Well Drilling Worker Specific Skills
- Record mud flows and volumes and take samples
- Operate and maintain drilling mud systems and pumps
- Operate and maintain drilling rig diesel motors, transmissions and other mechanical equipment
- Assist in setting up, taking down and transporting drilling and service rigs
- Align and manipulate sections of pipe or drill stem from a platform on the rig derrick
Work Setting
- Drilling and well service contractor
Oil and Gas Well Services Operator Specific Skills
- Mix chemicals and cements
- Drive well services truck to well site
