Auto Value Kindersley is a growing parts and supply store looking for someone with great organizational skills and excellent customer service to join our team.

We are looking for an Office Administrator.

Jobs will include:
Accounts receivable duties such as taking payments, applying payments to accounts, communicating with customers regarding statements and invoices.
General bookkeeping such as entering vendor invoices and reconciling statements.
Accounts payables including remitting government taxes.
Customer statement preparation.
Daily and monthly internal report preparation.
Other duties as required such as ordering supplies, filing paperwork, etc.

Assets required :
Experience in an office setting
Office Administration Course or Diploma
Skills with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Customer service experience

Position will be full time 40 hours/week with benefits. Salary varies depending on experience.
