We are looking for an organized and down-to-earth individual who can provide customer success and client services for our software users.
This position will involve various support and client service-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should have:
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
The ability to learn software and technology tools quickly
Basic accounting knowledge is considered an asset
Some work details entail:
Collaborating on customer projects
Ongoing client follow-up and other client service-related tasks
Working as part of a team in the office or from home using our technology tool stack
On-the-job training will be provided to become proficient with our internal software, processes, and custom-developed software modules.
Full Time Position: 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday
