We are seeking a deeply ethical individual with strong front office customer service skills, as an additional member of our growing team to help us triage our phone systems. The chosen candidate will be under the direction & supervision of our HR & Operations Manager. MUST have experience with ACCURO EMR Minimum one year experience.
Requirements:
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record System ACCURO EMR SK is an absolute asset
- 1 to 2 years experience working in a medical office is an asset
- Proficient in computer use
- High organizational skills and a team player
- Ability to work independently
- Can multitask and ability to manage time efficiently
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Able to handle high pressure and fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Reception duties which include answering calls, electronic scheduling, registration, voicemail & patient flow

- Clerical works such as sorting and filing medical documents
- Process and record payments
- General medical office tasks
