Well this opportunity could be what you have been looking for as we are in search of an individual that wants to help shape, grow and develop a new and exciting fitness experience in Nipawin! Our brand-new fitness company will be the only one offering CrossFit in Northeastern Saskatchewan!

Job Description:

We are in need of an individual to join our team to lead group classes and inspire new members to show up with excellent one-on-one personal training. Were looking for a motivated individual to meet the demand for our high-value fitness program. You will coach all levels, including those who have never set foot in a gym. You will play a crucial role in making fitness a part of their lifestyle and ensure we have strong membership retention rates. Coaches with experience in coaching CrossFit (CF-L1 Mandatory), or powerlifting, or Olympic Lifting, or all of the above will receive top priority.


Responsibilities

Lead classes 4 days per week, with one day spent on programming, gym responsibilities and personal development.
Take responsibility for new inquiries/leads and follow our systems for on ramping new members.
Provide one-on-one personal training for new members to teach: foundational movements and their scales, intensity levels relative to a newcomers abilities.
You will help recruit, hire and train new part-time coaches.


Qualifications & Skills  

1+ years Group Class experience  Minimum CF-L1 Cert, but CF- L2 preferred.
Ability to demonstrate, see and correct movement one-on-one or in a group of up to 10
Business development and sales experience
A flexible schedule that might include mornings, evenings and weekends.
