SmiRac Janitorial, a local commercial cleaning & janitorial services company based in Regina, Saskatchewan, is looking for a marketing representative NOC 1123 in the city of Regina. This is a full-time and permanent job. Marketing representative will report to Finance & Administration Manager.

At SmiRac Janitorial, marketing representative will perform the following job duties:
    Developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to create and increase brand awareness
    Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
    Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
    Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
    Determining the feasibility and profitability of new market or existing campaigns.
    Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts
    Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
    Implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
    Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
    Executing marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies in line with the agreed budget
    Observing competitors marketing campaigns and their impact and keeping up to date with marketing trends and requirements to ensure all marketing strategies comply with the latest practices and standards


Education:  University diploma and/or certificate in marketing & sales


Skills, Knowledge & Work Experience:
    Previous experience of minimum of 1-2 years in Marketing & Sales role is required
    Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and even in listening
    Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
    Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software
