Description

As a Recreation Worker, you will have the opportunity to plan, deliver, and evaluate diverse and inclusive sport, culture and recreation activities. As well, you will prepare facilities, set up and take down of equipment, and supervise the facility for scheduled bookings, programs, and special events within the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services Department with the City of Regina.

Community & Cultural Development
This branch consists of positions that plan, lead, instruct and evaluate diverse and inclusive sport, culture and recreation activities for children and youth. Program plans, weekly activity schedules, and attendance reports are also required.

Community & Recreation Programs
This branch consists of positions that prepare facilities, setup & take down equipment, monitoring of the building and supervising the facility for scheduled bookings, programs and special events. General cleaning duties for safe and efficient operation of equipment, programs and facilities is also required.

Sports Facilities & Special Events
This branch consists of positions that prepare facilities, setup & take down equipment, monitoring of the building and supervising the facility for scheduled bookings, programs and special events.

Planning & Partnerships
This branch consists of positions that that plan, lead, instruct and evaluate diverse and inclusive sport, culture and recreation activities for children and youth.
