We are currently looking to hire a full-time Receptionist for our team. As a receptionist you would manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and support tasks. This position requires some flexibility during our busy seasons.
Job Description:
-Create a positive experience as first point of contact from all incoming communication whether by phone or in person
-Manage phones and visitors
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
-Reconcile petty cash and journal daily
-Process, sort and distribute incoming mail
-Order and monitor office supplies and consumable goods
-Assist with office catering
-Social Media Support
-Support the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the company
-Obtain training as required
Experience:
- 1-2 years of related experience. (Experience in an office environment will be preferred)
Skills & Abilities:
-Work experience as a receptionist, or similar role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Solid written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible working hours
-Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
-Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
