Description

To answer all telephone inquiries in a timely, friendly and courteous manner.
Duties:
-Meet and greet all customers and make them feel at home.
-Answer all inquiries promptly in a courteous manner using Royal Auto Group PFD
-Transfer calls to appropriate associates.
-Transfer messages to the appropriate associate.
-Record all ins and outs of service staff/ sales and managers
-Check all incoming vehicles and handle all inquiries regarding campaign, Ford Smart,Ford Pass Rewards,updated emails, completions and information.
-Book customer appointments using Ford Smart.Drop off before 7:50am for repair.
-Educate customers on our appointment process, diagnosis, actual billing and any other questions they may have.
-Collect customers payments and issue receipts
-Receive mail, open as required, separate and deliver to the appropriate offices.
-Do clerical duties, filing, ordering supplies and administrative work as assigned.
-Keep customer lounge and children paly area tidy.
-PDI new vehicle into inventory
-Complete follow-up call to ensure survey is complete and customer is satisfied using PFD
-Perform other duties assigned by manager.

-Must have a valid driver license
