Description

Full Throttle is looking to expand the family!

We are currently searching for a Journeyman Heavy Duty and Diesel Mechanic for Truck, Trailer and Equipment Repairs. Experience in electrical diagnosis and all forms of truck, trailer and heavy equipment repair is a must.

We have a high-volume service shop that does Automotive, RV and Heavy Duty repairs. With Heavy Duty being a newer branch to our business, it has expanded with the acquisition of fleet company work.

Work Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with no weekends. Straight time.

As a Full Throttle Heavy Duty Technician, you will be expected to:
- Have your own tool box, with a good collection of tools.
- Diagnose issues on Trucks, Trailers and Equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Order parts from suppliers (Fort Garry, etc.)
- Be SGI certified and able to perform SGI safety inspections and complete the required paperwork
- Accurately fill out work orders, accounting for all labour times and supplies used.
- Communicate effectively with the service advisor to ensure the customer knows the exact state of their vehicle. As well as any future repairs they should be aware of.
- Be able to move/operate equipment for short distances.
- Occasionally communicate with clients directly regarding repairs required and quotes.
- And More!

Between our own dealership vehicles and our rapidly growing base of customer and fleet vehicles, there is no shortage of work right now. Were aiming to recruit more fleet business with the recruitment of additional technicians as we go.

You will be busy and your days will fly by in a great work environment. Apply today!
