B&H Canvas is currently looking for a full time Administrative Assistant for our Saskatoon location.
As Administrative Assistant, your duties and responsibility will be included but not limited to :
Provide administrative support to general manager.
Returning phone calls and emails on behalf of our company. Answer customer's inquiry and take note of complain. Respond to request for order from customers.
Maintain and order office supplies.
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
Develop and manage staffs work schedule on a weekly basis. Arranging meeting for staffs in our Birch Hills and Saskatoon.
Preparing and submitting purchase orders and expense reports of all purchasing.
Receive invoices and review for accuracy. Handle cheques to staffs. Working on A/R and A/P if needed.
Create and maintain filing systems. Keep track of clients orders.
Develop and manage staffs work schedule on a weekly basis. Arranging meeting for staffs in our Birch Hills and Saskatoon.
Report and track staffs' attendance to management.
Performing basic data entry as required.
