Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Food Division Manager based out of the Rosetown Food Store.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitable operation of two locations, our Hybrid Store in Eston, SK, and the Food Store in Rosetown, SK. This  includes grocery, meat, produce, bakery, deli, lotto, Eston fuel pumps, propane, and cardlock, and Eston liquor. This position requires a dynamic self starter with strong technical knowledge, demonstrated experience and high standards in the areas of merchandising and customer service. The ability to collaborate, experience in strategic planning, delegating, and performance management are key for the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills, ability to lead and develop an effective and engaged team, drives results and ensures accountability. They must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a highly motivated team. Organizational and time management skills are essential to ensure consistency across all departments.
