Living Sky Counselling & Consulting is seeking an energetic and experienced therapists preferably trained in EMDR with excellent communication skills and clinical skill to join our private practice team in Regina, Saskatchewan This full-time or part-time opportunity is ideal for clinicians who have experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults utilizing eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), OR evidence based treatment modalities, and who enjoy working in a private practice group setting utilizing contemporary and advanced therapeutics. Applicants without EMDR training may be offered to take this training at the expense of the clinic.
Interested applicants should demonstrate a desire to have autonomy in their clinical practice but desire to be a part of a group of licensed providers, strong clinical skills with at least 2 years licensed experience, and are committed to growing with an inclusive, modern, collaborative practice that is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality client care.
Position Benefits:
Flexible scheduling, Full-Time or Part-Time (the therapist determines their schedule).
Competitive pay structure
Support from internal consultation, continuing education trainings, and group supervision with a Certified EMDR Therapist and also an EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant.
Responsibilities:
Provide evidence based individual therapy with children, adults, adolescents, and treatment at the therapists discretion.
Maintain required documentation and responsible for scheduling appointments and managing a case load.
Qualifications
Licensed in Saskatchewan and able to practice independently
Carry individual professional liability insurance
EMDR Basic Training Preferred
Experience and training in Evidence Based Therapy modalities
