Following are the job duties and responsibilities:
1- Daily supervising and responsibility of the office staff and Logistics team.
2- Develop and execute training programs for new seasonal customer service hires and drivers.
3- Supervise and schedule resources to ensure the ability to meet customer requirements.
4- Ensure directly or through subordinates that dispatches are met in a timely manner within targets.
5- Produce and report daily operational activities and follow up on problems or concerns.
6- Monitor, evaluate and supervise corrective action.
7- Ensure effective implementation of preventive and corrective action.
