We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greeting the clients and answering phones.
Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, scheduling appointments and reordering office supplies
Ordering business supplies and maintain inventory
Submitting and reconciing expense reports
Sending invoices and collecting receipts
Others required by manager
Requirements:
Post secondary education
At least one-year administrative experience
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Multilingual may be preferred or required
