Description

-Monitoring the performance of all sales consultants.

-Help Shop Manger with hiring process specifically for the Sales department if and when needed.

-Assist in forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for the department and for individual consultants, and provides them with the support they need to meet those goals.

-Ensures that dealership policies and procedures and understood and followed by Asst Sales Manager and Sales consultants.

-Assists consultants with closing deals when necessary.

-Coordinate with all other departments to ensure cooperation and a peaceful work environment.

-Maintains a professional appearance in accordance to the dress code policy.

-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.

-Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.

-Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and sales policies.

-Keep and maintain a driving license issued by the Saskatchewan government, in good standing.

-Fill out Ministry of Transportation Saskatchewan paperwork as needed, accurately and with integrity.
