-Organize and Prioritize work activities while taking into consideration safety and needs of employees and clients.
-Perform various economic analyses such as cost/benefit analyses relating to optimum repair/replacement strategies and provide written reports to document the results.
-Assists in hiring, training, motivating, counselling, and monitoring the performance of all sales consultants.
-Assists in directing and scheduling the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing.
-Assist in forecasting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives for the all department and for individual consultants, and provides them with the support they need to meet those goals.
-Ensures that dealership policies and procedures and understood and followed by the staff and organization.
-Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales.
-Coordinate with all other departments to ensure cooperation and a peaceful work environment.
-Handles customer complaints immediately and professionally, according to the dealerships guidelines.
-Maintains a professional appearance in accordance to the dress code policy.
-Plan budgets and authorize expenditures.
-Develop and implement marketing strategies.
-Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
-Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and sales policies.
-Keep and maintain a driving license issued by the Saskatchewan government, in good standing.
-Fill out Ministry of Transportation Saskatchewan paperwork as needed, accurately and with integrity.
-Assist with staff requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
