Develop and implement preschool program that supports children's needs, and interests.
Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children.
Observe and report for signs of potential learning or behavioral deficits.
Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
This position is fulltime during school year (September - June)
Fully paid benefit package after three months

Early Childhood Education Skills
- Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
- Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members
- Plan and develop child care and nursery school programs
