-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of Employer/Managers.
-Greet visitors, direct visitors to Sales Associate, Sales Mangers or appropriate person, answer phones.
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
-May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities.
-Organize conferences and meetings.
-Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
-Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy.
-Arrange travel schedules and arrange pick up and dropping customers from point A to Point B.
-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
-Writing down minutes and meeting summaries.
-Updating master calendar.
-Site appearance responsibilities to include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location.
