If the Switchboard Operator position is something right up your alley, you should enjoy interacting with guests over the phone, working in a team environment and have a can do attitude! A background in customer service is essential and previous experience in a reception, administration or hotel environment will give you a major leg up!
In addition to answering and directing calls, this position is also responsible for forwarding in-house calls from various departments, answering general customer inquiries, conducting calls to guests onsite and completing basic administrative tasks. This role is considered a part time, and we are hoping to cover Sunday and Monday's at the minimum with an opportunity for more shifts in the future.
