Seal-It Up Roofing Ltd. is a fast-growing commercial roofing company based out of Regina and we are looking to add dedicated people to our team! Through mentoring, training, and collaboration, we strive to be the best at what we do.
We are actively seeking experienced commercial flat roofing technicians who are reliable, knowledgeable team-players with strong work ethic. The successful candidate will work well with others and will have drive and desire to take part in the growth and development of our rapidly-growing company.

Experience/Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the flat roofing industry
- Journeyperson Certification would be an asset, but is not required
- Must be safety-conscious and have good communication skills
- Must be able to work closely and collaboratively with team members
- Dependable and eager to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Basic hand tool experience
- Ability to work at heights (fall protection)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors all year
- Ability to follow our extensive safety program
- Knowledge and experience in commercial flat roofing systems
Certifications:
While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who already have the following certifications:
- Saskatchewan Construction Orientation Training (SCOT)
- Fall Protection Certificate
- First Aid, CPR & AED
We will also consider candidates who can effectively demonstrate equivalent training or experience.
