Our Saskatoon office is now accepting applications for a Real Estate Assistant. Under direction from the Director of Administration, the Real Estate Assistant will work within our real estate conveyancing team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years related experience; diploma or certificate in business is an asset
A solid understanding of real estate procedures and conveyancing practices
Proficient in Word and Excel
Able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
Ability to work as part of a team
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Handling residential sale, purchase and refinance transactions, including preparation of documents and processing trust funds
Familiarity with Information Services Corporation Land Registry and the preparation and submission of Land Title packet submissions
Working with a team of lawyers to support residential sales and financing needs throughout the firm
