Follow company policies and procedures
Obey health and safety regulations as per Saskatchewan Health and Safety
Act and Saskatchewan Labor Laws
Prepare food order for customers, coordinate catering orders
Establish work schedules and procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the
development of policies, procedures and budgets
Assist with determining related food and Labor costs and managing these
Cleaning fixtures and maintaining equipment
Serving and communication with customers, providing excellent customer
service and customer resolutions
Ordering and receiving product, maintaining the correct inventory
Ensuring proper protocol is followed during cooking processes and food
preparation
Work well with others, and in an efficient manner
