Description

As the right team player, you must be able to communicate in Spanish and English fluently, have knowledge of the Latin America costums and food products.

Duties:
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Create schedule to ensure appropriate staffing.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items in a computerized inventory system.
Ensure to order products from each Latin American country to maintain by determining the stocks of produce and merchandise.
Authorize refunds by cash or e-transfers and the return of merchandise.
Responsible for taking orders and making sure that right products are shipped and/or delivered.
Use of business Equipment and Computer Applications.
Balances cash drawers at the beginning and end of shift with honesty and integrity.
Prepare daily reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to Managers.

Skills and qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English. Good knowledge of the Spanish language spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of Latin American food products.
Must present a criminal record check.
Being detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
Knowledge of electronic devices and social media.
Ability to focus on the satisfaction of clients
Friendly and positive attitude.
Ability to remain helpful throughout the work shift and develop a courteous approach to resolving complaints.
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs, walk, stand, and work with other team members to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills and a high level of energy.
