Here's how a(n) Shipper/Receiver for our Saskatoon office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for pre-job safety instruction (PSI) and job hazard analysis (JHA). Safely tests and inspects tools and equipment.
-Promotes a safety culture.
-Selects and stores material, equipment, and tools to satisfy the requirements of the requisitions.
-Champion initiatives to reduce non-value add activities and streamline processes while maintaining or improving effectiveness.
-Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders.
-Responsible for housekeeping of the facility.
-Assists with the loading and offloading of material, equipment, and tools.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent.
-No experience required.
-Ability to safely operate forklift and other equipment to load/unload material.
-Effective organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
-Ability to understand and employ the companys specifications, methods, and procedures.
-Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
-Effective verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
-Basic computer knowledge.
