WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Supervisor of Client Services is responsible for leading a team of IT staff responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the client-facing technical team, while building relationships to retain and grow customer satisfaction. This position has primary responsibility for supporting client-facing IT services across the school division, fostering a customer-focused approach within a team that delivers continuous service improvement. The Client Services Supervisor leads projects of significant size and/or strategic importance to the school division using established IT frameworks and project management techniques. The Supervisor is accountable for work unit planning, performance monitoring, measurement, and reporting, budget development and management, and asset management and software licencing. As the senior leader of client-facing IT services, this position is part of the Division-level management team that works together in support of the educational mission of Regina Public Schools.
