-Assists in hiring, training, motivating, counselling, and monitoring the performance of all sales consultants.
-Assists in directing and scheduling the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing.
-Maintaining shop facilities and Equipment and report to Shop manager.
-Ensures that dealership policies and procedures and understood and followed by sales consultants.
Aids the Shop Manager maintain a balanced inventory based on customer and market statistics.
-Managing employee resources and work flow.
-Coordinate with all other departments to ensure cooperation and a peaceful work environment.
-Handles customer complaints immediately and professionally, according to the dealerships guidelines.
-Attends managers meetings and address the meeting in Shop Mangers absence if needed.
-Maintains a professional appearance in accordance to the dress code policy
-Save all customer information, confirmations, and interactions into daily ledger and follow ups.
-Keep and maintain a driving license issued by the Saskatchewan government, in good standing.
-Fill out Ministry of Transportation Saskatchewan paperwork as needed, accurately and with integrity.
-Other duties as assigned.
