Construction Foreman Position
Industrial and process mechanical steel and PVC pipe construction is the main focus of our work.
The Foreman position at MUCL is a hands-on role that can be physically demanding, with the expectation of the Foreman performing field work while supervising.
This is a full time all year-round position, out of town overnight stays are frequent, opportunity for over time, with weekends off. Wages are negotiable depending on experience.
Successful candidate will:
Be able to perform all of the functions involved in field operations and/or the ability to obtain the skills
Have a strong knowledge of the mechanical construction, processes and pumps of Water Treatment Plants and Sewage Lift Stations
Have strong organizational and leadership skills
Coordinate and supervise all on site daily construction activities and report to the Field Manager
Prepare and maintain construction schedules and schedule trades in conjunction with Field Manager
Prepare and deliver Tool box meetings
Ensure the MUCLs quality of workmanship and customer relationship is upheld
Read and interpret blue prints
Have minimum of 5 years experience with Pipe fitting
Upon hiring of the successful candidate, the individual will learn the procedures in place at MUCL in the wide variety construction operations and assume the role of Site Supervisor when trained under the Field Manager.
