Saskatoon Truck Parts is a family owned business that has been in operation for over 40 years serving customers across Canada and the United States. Rebuilding transmissions and differentials has been a staple of our business throughout the years. We are currently looking to add a full time truck & transport mechanic to our team. All applicants are appreciated, although only qualified candidates will be contacted.

Job Description:
Rebuild transmissions ( 4  18spd & automatic)
Rebuild all sizes of differentials
Rebuild drive lines
R & R clutches
Diagnose mechanical issues
Perform scheduled maintenance
Inspect, adjust, repair or replace parts for heavy duty trucks
Document detailed reports for all maintenance performed
Use computerized equipment to assist in diagnosing failures in heavy duty trucks

Qualifications:
Welding skills would be an asset
Must have valid class 5 drivers license
Class 1A license is an asset
Provide own tools
Understand technical manuals as well as manufacture specifications
Ability to work well with others or independently
Ability to perform any given task in a timely manner
Keep work area clean & tidy
Must be able to bend, crouch and reach without any setbacks
Must be dependable Monday to Friday 8 a.m.5 p.m.

Wage/Salary:
$50,000 - $80,000 per year dependent on experience (possible overtime hours available)
