We are a French Bakery and Cafe in Regina, looking for a passionate baker who takes pride in their work and desire to be challenged and learn.
We are seeking an experienced baker with at least one year of previous experience in a bakery.
Job duties description:
Responsible for opening the bakery in the
morning
Prepare dough for pies, breads and rolls
Prepare dough for Croissants, bread, buns,
pastries and desserts according to recipes
Prepare and Bake mixed muffin batters and
cookie doughs
setting up the showcase with pastries and
fresh bread
Maintain inventory and records of all baking
supplies and baking equipment
Involve in all baking operations
Maintain clean kitchen and work area
Ensure quality standards met according to
company policies
Job requirements:
Completion in Secondary School is required
Candidate must have at least a year plus in working experience in baking the related field.
Language should be moderate in English language skill.
Ability to read and follow recipes.
Good organizational skills.
On-the-job training may be provided.
Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
