We are seeking (2) Journey Person Pipe fitters to support the project at Cigar Lake.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Complete job hazard assessment and put mitigation strategies into place on a task-by-task basis
Take direction and perform tasks with minimum supervision
Read engineered drawings and specifications to lay out the work
Direct HDPE Experience - needed for Underground Utilities
Safe rigging and hoisting of components into position utilizing manual hoisting devices, cranes, and other mobile equipment
Determine materials required for each job and able to effectively plan task sequence
Complete safe demolition of existing steel structures
Follow all safety requirements and report any unsafe working conditions according to Company Policy
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in an industrial/construction work environment.
Registered Journeyman Pipe fitter - Sask, Alberta,BC, Canadian
Safety Certification Required:
WHIMS 2015
Fire Extinguisher Training
Fall Protection
AWP
Rigging and Hoisting Cert
