Are you detail oriented and like working with numbers?  Do you enjoy working around people, multi-tasking and can handle distractions easily?  We have an opening at our Estevan location for an Administrative Assistant whose main responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, Accounts Payable and general day to day office duties.

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years solid administrative assistant experience with 1 year experience in Accounts Payable.  
Understanding of accounting basics such as debits, credits, accounts receivables and payables
Ability to use standard applications and equipment such as Microsoft Office 365, computers, printers and fax machines
High School diploma and a business or office diploma an asset.
