Meewasin is currently recruiting for a Landscape Architect. This is a small, fast-paced organization that requires a dedicated, client focused individual looking for a rewarding position in a community based organization. Qualifications: Completion of a university degree in Landscape Architecture or other relevant university degree. Full membership or eligibility for full membership in the Saskatchewan Association of Landscape Architects. A minimum of five years experience in the public or private sector, with a minimum of three years experience specifically related to the planning, design, construction and project management of public open-space projects. Demonstrated skill in the use of AutoCAD / Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite. A working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, GPS equipment and mapping software, project management training, experience with written and oral communications including presentations, and familiarity with native plants and plant communities in this region would also be relevant assets. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.

A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required prior to the appointment of this position.
This position requires a valid drivers license and the ability to perform strenuous manual tasks if required in the field.
