The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders Association acts as the voice of the residential construction industry, representing builders, renovators, contractors, suppliers and other businesses involved in the home building industry.
The successful candidate will be passionate about effective communications and marketing, have strong attention to detail and be creative and passionate about the opportunity to work with a small and dynamic team of professionals. Duties include management of all internal and external association communications, including but not limited to social media, website, bi-weekly newsletter, brochures & reports, publications, media releases, and other duties as required.
Hours of Work: full-time, M-F (OT as required). This position is located in the Saskatoon office however remote work may be considered for the right candidate. Sorry no out of country applicants will be considered.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Post-secondary education in marketing, graphic design and/or communications.
At least 2 years experience in a marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related role.
Digital media certifications would be an asset.
Digital content creation experience.
Website management experience.
Knowledge of/experience in the residential construction industry is considered an asset.
Experience working in a not-for-profit Association is considered an asset.
Must possess very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Criminal record check required.
