Duties may include but not limited to:
* skinning, eviscerating and carcass preparation
* meat cutting, trimming and boning
* Daily cleaning of the cutting area, sausage room and abattoir
* Assist in other duties, as assigned
* some heavy lifting may be required
* basic food safety and sanitation procedures must be adhered to
* group benefit package
* Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
