Prepare and Cook as per menu plan
Able to prepare and cook food within recommended time frames to meet customer expectations.
Schedule and oversee kitchen
Participate in continuous quality improvement aimed at reducing expenses and improving the customer experience.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Help to control food costs by ensuring proper proportioning and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
Should be willing to co-ordinate with the other staff members and create a peaceful work environment.
Monitors kitchen inventory costs ensure kitchen operation requirements are within budget.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
