Code Ninjas in University Heights, Saskatoon, SK is looking for a full-time, permanent position of Marketing Specialist to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.

This position needs you to be a leader in essence for all the regular center activities throughout the year. He/She is a key team member responsible & accountable for the center marketing management and sales.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
Initiate and maintain contact with the media
Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
Gather, research and prepare communications material
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Managing complete sales process  e.g. Lead calling, giving tours to potential clients, closing sales
Participating in local marketing activities to help grow your centers business
Fast paced & exciting environment  very rewarding work

Qualifications

Experience with business/brand planning, marketing research management, project management and budget management.
Experience providing guidance of the advertising creative development and media planning process.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and as a team leader depending on the situation/project and manage priorities and multiple deadlines.
Effective ability to interact with others and deal with situations in ways that respect diverse backgrounds, experience and styles.
Flexibility in adapting to change and in participating in consultative decision-making processes.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications).
