Description

SaskMtis Economic Development Corporation is a Mtis Capital Corporation that supports Mtis businesses throughout Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the CEO and the Manager  Operations, you will represent the team in a personable and professional manner while also providing administrative support to all SMEDCO staff.
Manage phone calls,schedule appointments,and organize calendars.
Prepare,format,proofread and edit correspondence, loan documentation and security registrations,credit checks,templates,etc. and ensure accuracy,completeness,and professional appearance.
Perform other administrative duties such as data entry,copying,collating,faxing,filing,document retrieval and file compliance,mailings,information gathering,word processing,transcription and document binding,document scanning.
Attend meetings in person and online;coordinate the logistics of the meetings
Manage travel arrangements as needed.
Manage office inventory and coordinate the ordering of necessary supplies.
Handle details of a highly confidential and/or critical nature.
Assist in preparation of presentations,reports as needed.
Produce live Teams events.
Perform other duties as required.

Minimum 5 years experience in detail-oriented office administration.
Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office software and related programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong people skills,and the ability to work with a wide variety of staff and clients.
Strong editing and proofreading ability,including grammar and sentence structure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task is critical.
Must be able to meet deadlines,be well organized and able to work under pressure.
Must be eligible to work in Canada prior to applying for this position.
Experience in the lending and legal industry considered a tremendous asset.
