We are currently looking forHousekeeping Supervisorsto join our team!

Job Requirements

Assist with training and performance management of the housekeeping department
Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals
Perform quality assurance requirements for the Housekeeping Department
Thoroughly understand and implement Brand service culture
Perform all shift checklist responsibilities
Support Team members to ensure the teams entire workload is completed daily
Perform other duties as required

Qualifications and Attributes
Leadershipexperiencesan asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Results oriented with the ability to adapt to the challenges of a continually evolving workforce
Experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms
High school graduate or equivalent
