General Overview
Responsible for timely, effective, efficient, quality delivery of IT Projects to our small-to-medium business client base, including SharePoint and M365 migrations, Windows HyperV and Server OS installs and upgrades, Remote Desktop Services, firewall\router config and deploys, WiFi config and deploys, and line-of-business application installs and upgrades.
The successful applicant will:
Complete Tasks and Projects on time and within budget while ensuring Customer satisfaction,
Maintain standardized technical documentation,
Review and improve Consulting and Project processes and workflows,
Collaborate with Net Results colleagues as part of our team-based Project delivery approach, and
Working with our Acct Managers, advise Customers on technical solutions that help achieve their business goals.
Minimum 5+ years experience supporting SMB LAN/WAN environments, plus minimum 2+ years working with advanced LAN/WAN technology Projects.
Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop and server OSs and networking hardware (firewalls, routers, NAS, switches, and Wi-Fi A/P).
Skills and Abilities
Excellent communications, telephone, and customer service skills are essential.
Detailed and team-oriented, with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic; willing and open to learning.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities as circumstances dictate
Self-starter that demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities.
